Exchange & Refund Policy

At MAIS MADE, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Exchange & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

Eligibility

We accept exchanges and refunds within 3 days after delivery.

To qualify, items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Free from stains, perfume, or damage
  • In their original condition with tags attached

Non-Eligible Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange or refund:

  • Custom-made or altered outfits
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Items damaged after delivery

Exchange Process

To request an exchange:

  1. Contact our customer support with:
    • Your order number
    • Full name
    • Reason for exchange
    • Clear photo/video of the item
  2. Once approved, the item should be returned within the stated timeframe.

Exchanges are subject to item availability. If the requested item is unavailable, you may exchange for another item of equal value.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only after:

  • The item has been returned to us
  • The item has been inspected
  • We confirm that it is still in good and suitable condition

Once approved, the refund process will begin.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return delivery costs unless the wrong item was sent by us.

Wrong or Damaged Orders

If you receive a wrong or damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours after delivery for immediate assistance.
