Delivery and Returns
- Processing Time: 7-10 business days.
- Domestic Shipping (Ghana): Express (2-3 business days) or Standard (4-5 business days).
- Pick up option isn’t available as we do not have a space for that now.
- International Shipping: Express (5-7 business days) or Standard (8-14 business days) via international courier.
- Standard Returns: Returns on standard sizes are accepted within 5 days of delivery, provided items are unworn with tags attached, subject to approval by our Customer Service team.
- Pre-Orders & Custom Measurements: Items made on pre-order or tailored to custom measurements are not eligible for return. Instead, these pieces enjoy complementary alterations.
- Alteration Shipping: For international pre-orders and custom size orders, items can be sent back for adjustments. If incorrect measurements were provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. If we missed the mark on our end, we will handle the alterations and ship the adjusted piece back to you completely free of charge.
